Ingredients :
Fried rice: Cooked rice, Store brought veggie bowl, chopped onions, chopped potato, oil (cooking or olive), salt, pepper, Jeera, other spices if needed.
Kadhi: live curd, besan, oil, ginger paste, salt, haldi, mirchi, coriander powder, water.
Equipment: 1 cooking pan, 1 plate, 2 spoons, 1 small bowl
Steps:
Step 1: Take a pan on the stove and heat it. Add oil of your choice. Once the oil is heated, add jeera. Add chopped onions and once set, add chopped potatoes.
Step 2: Fry all the ingredients for 3-4 minutes and then add chopped veggies from the veggie bowl. Cook for 2 minutes
Step 3: Add salt and other spices and saute the veggies for 2 minutes. Add some more oil and add cooked rice. Mix everything well and cook for 2 minutes and transfer to the plate.
Step 4: Now in a bowl, add curd, besan, water and salt and mix well. In the empty pan add oil and ginger paste with spices. Add the mixture and mix well. Simmer for 2 minutes and the kadhi is ready!!!

A humble yet hearty dish straight from the heart of Maharashtra! Jhunka is a spicy, flavorful chickpea flour stir-fry that pairs perfectly with bhakri or rice for a comforting meal.
Fried rice: 1 cup besan, 1 cup onion, 1 full garlic clove, Kashi patta,usteed, jeera, hing, mirchi, haldi, dhaniya powder, salt, Mustard oil, amchur powder
Equipment: 1 cooking pan, 1 plate, 2 spoons, 1 small bowl
Step 1: Take a kadhai on the stove and heat it. Add muatard oil (a lot), you can also add a little bit of vegetable oil. Once the oil is heated, add mustard seeds and jeera. Add hing. Now add meetha neem patti and fry it a bit. Then add chopped garlic and chooped mirchi and fry it for a minute. Now add onions and saute.
Step 2: Fry all the ingredients for 3-4 minutes and then add mirchi powder, haldi powder, jeera powder, dhaniya powder and amchur powder. After some time add salt. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Cover the pan with lid and add some water to the lid and keep it for 2 minutes.
Step 3: Add besan bit by bit and keep stirring to fry the besan. You can add more salt and spices if needed for the besan. After it's fried add water and keep stirring. Now keep cooking as per your consistency for 5-10 mins
Your jhunka is ready to eat!!!
